What is the greatest fiber supplement you’d recommend to take on a each day basis?
I saw Dr Oz on Oprah the other day and know that my fiber levels are way too reduced. What is the very ideal fiber supplement I could take on a daily basis?

flax seed crushed
sprinkle it in almost something you are cooking
taste like nothing at all so wont modify the taste of your food

My doctor has me take psyllium husks, 30 grams each and each day. That is alot. about 3 heaping tablespoons. Difficult to take but it is great for you.

vegetables… peas, celery, broccoli, etc. apples, berries, entire grains and nuts. If you are not acquiring adequate fiber you are not consuming a wholesome diet. do not get sucked into acquiring fiber, all you are helping is the manufacturer.
