I have checked for the answer from my wife and she informed me that
Manioc is always skinned before boiling in an open saucepan as described
by Cynthia in her article.

I have circulated this article by email to my friends and have also
copied it on my website:

Many have thanked me for having copied it from the Sunday Observer as
those who suffer from Cancer currently are prepared to use it in
preference to Chemotherapy which is extremely expensive and most
