What are the rubric sizes (I didn't look them up). You would not want to
restrict yourself if the 1st rubric is very small, at least not in the
beginning of your consideration. After all the rubric's function is only to
give you the group of remedies from which to pick. Then you will do further
work to see which remedy is the best match.

If a patient tells you that only when he takes a *deep* inspiration he has
pain in his right hypochondrium (=Lye) -- will you also take the rubric
"pain in right hypochondria, inspiration" (=Ran-be)??

In the repertory -- does just "inspiration" include DEEP inspiration too??

This is a general question too about specify of rubrics and which nto take.
