[H] Vertigo - need suggestions

Hi,
Need some expert advice on Vertigo.

Closed on to Phos/Ac. Phos, Con, Puls

Are there any rubrics for claustrophobia?

A patient has the following symptoms

Symptoms: Eyes: burning sensation, strained/tired eyes - worse towards evening

          sudden onset of dizziness while standing, while turning left
          Sometimes occurs immediately after food but not always. Feel tired.
          Staring at laptop/computer for sometime and then when switches his eyes causes dizziness
          Gets worse towards the evening.
          Digestion good, bowel movement good.
          Backache.
          claustrophobic
          Recent case of haemorrhoids and after applying the ointment it disappeared.

Aggravation:
  Standing for long hours

Amel: Feel refreshed after resting, feels fresh in open air.

Blood test report: B12 and Vit D deficiency.

Any other symptoms or questions to ask or am I good?
