I am bumping this thread up once again as I have done in the past as it
attracts over 125 hits monthly with my other thread "Joe and Arnica"
which seems to be popular judging by the increasing number of hits it
gets.

I had requested some comments from visitors and at least one has
requested that I continue to bump it up as it would otherwise be lost
when it disappears into the archives.

The purpose I am doing so is because I have personal evidence that
Arnica does have an important role to play in one's life if you are over
45 years of age. I have taken a dose nightly since 1996 and have proved
that it is the Ultimate Remedy to keep the body in top condition without
the use of any drugs whatever other than on a SOS basis like after
surgery.

I would like to place on record that my BP is 120/80 with Pulse 65. No
Diabetes and a Lipid Profile equal to a teenager's. My skin does not
show any signs of aging with no wrinkles whatever. I do not have any
aches or pains in my body which are accepted as normal with advancing
years.

I am 82 years old and am the CEO of an old family owned business
organization in Colombo and I drive myself to work daily as I have done
for the last 60 years.

I exercise daily for about 45 minutes by walking in my garden with 2 x
5lb weights "Heavy Hands" for 15 minutes and spend 30 minutes on an
Exercise Cycle at least 5 times weekly with music from my iPod Touch in
my ears.

As stated above I do not take any drugs whatever as the large majority
of us who consider ourselves as Senior Citizens, invariably do. I
practice Homeopathy in my free time on a purely altruistic basis and
treat selected patients free of charge which includes the remedies I
give them. I am a regular visitor and an adviser on the ABC Homeopathy,
Homeopathy and More, Otherhealth and Homeopathy Health Care Forums.

I do not practice Classical Homeopathy as I have found many years ago
that my therapy which is more allopathic in its impact by treating the
disease directly instead of the symptoms "this for that" is far more
effective in its curative effect and has resulted in it being derisively
labelled "Joepathy" which term has been picked up by Google with over
3000 hits comprising my choice cases. My name "Joe De Livera" on Google
lists over 100000 hits of which at least half pertain to cases that I
have advised on in the many Forums I visit.

I would recommend that anyone who reads this and the other thread use
Arnica 30 in the Wet dose and realize for themselves what change it can
make in their lives by taking just one dose before bed.
