can i ask an off topic question hopefully some homeopath can answer it

my sister has very large bumps on the feet which are blue/purplish in
color.......and very very very itchy and hot

this started 2 weeks ago.....shes not sure if they are bites of some
kind or something totally else

1 week after the lumps only on feet appeared, she got a fever which is
now gone

but now another week later the bumps on the feet are getting larger and
itchier ...and they are also sore

what can be a remedy?

shes never taken homepathy before
