the thing is ive been on many remedies and i get scared then if its
causing supression

its not that ive just only been on natrum mur and now seem to be sulphur

there were many more and from what i read on the internet and ask on
forums it seems that thats not how to do it

also the ammount of repetitions ive done .....everyone always says thats
not the way........so im just soo confused
