Re: [H] Homeopathy in the News

Greetings

With Gina ( A Dutch-Indonesian Classic Homeopath ),a few others and
my other postings, we have given our contributory support to Dr.
Wakefield's hypothesis : Vaccine ( MMR ),the GIT and Autism at
otherhealth.com a few years ago. . But here is the latest:

There were unmoderated, heated exchanges which may be considered
discourteous in our postings, .Over the verbal ashes all these years, I
pondered over the Master's whisperings of visceral / mental projection
and caught fleeting glimpses of the chaos of immunological turmoil of
the lymphytic system in the gut with my biased anatomy background. Where
is the connection to the brain centers, holistically. Then, in
hpathy.com, a forum member, Hart Mathews posted his well-documented
experience ; hence , my impromptu scrape - book presentation (
staggered ,untidy with cross references and missing pictures) in
hpathy.com of the semiostic projection of the Enteric Nervous System (
abdominal brain )- an expression through the over-active pneumo-gastric
in a febrile patient.

With Hart's graphic delineations of the patient's signs and
symptoms, my anatomical lenses were more focused semiotically. If a
dream is a psychic happening, what is the psyche? Psyche is the word the
Greeks used to name the three levels of personal consciousness. It is
the equivalent of Anima in Latin, Soul in English and Alma in
Spanish. Our personal psyche is the result of eons of evolution, from the
single cell to our species as it is right now. It has three components:
The Intellectual Nature; the Feeling Nature; and Energy. Whatever we
think, makes molds, which compress the Energy into a pattern. The same
happens with our emotions. This is why it is vital to understand all the
levels in our psyche to become aware of the patterns that drive us. The
only way to accomplish that is by listening to the messages it sends us
through our dreams. Dr Christian Samuel Hahneman , the Master and
Originator of Homeopathy, paid great significance to the patient's
mentals (thought-forms) in total symptomatology

Francis Crick and James Watson won the Nobel Prize for conceiving
of the DNA double helix. The insight came from a dream of two snakes
intertwining in an ascending helix .Crick had also interest in human
dreams and vision memory.
Of signatory significance are the ganglia with ramifications
forming plexuses , one on each side of the vertebral column in chain.
Could the signatory symbolization of " different kinds of knots "
semiotically, a ganglionic projection by the Enteric Nervous System (
abdominal brain ) ?

The Enteric Nervous System
'Enteric nervous system - New World Encyclopedia'

The neurons of the enteric nervous system are collected into these
two types of ganglia (tissue mass) :the myenteric plexus (of Auerobach)
and the submucosal plexus (of Meissnerous system. The myenteric plexus
arises from cells in the Nucleus ala cinerea, the parasympathetic
nucleus of origin for the tenth cranial nerve ( Vagus or Pneumo-gastric
Nerve )), located in the medulla oblongata. The fibers are carried by
both the anterior and posterior vagal nerves. It is found in the muscles
of the esophagus, stomach, and intestine (eMedicine 2003).

There are a wide variety of connecting fibers that link the enteric
nervous system with the rest of the nervous system including the vagal (
pneumo-gastric )) connections that provide a sensory link for
physiological information and sympathetic unmyelinated C fibers for
sensations of visceral pain (Hopley and van Schalkwyk 2006).

A remarkable property of perception is that, in some rather
exceptional cases, it can be divorced from sensation. We can know what
is "out there" without perceiving it through the senses. Many people
have had direct experience of this phenomenon, known as Subliminal
Perception . This mental process makes us nervous because it suggests
that we can be aware of things that we do not sense. In fact, what
occurs is that we see an image so fleetingly that it does not "register"
as a sensation, only as a perception - and we do not trust that
perception as being true because it is removed from its usual sensory
accompaniment. We become confused and doubt the truth of the perception.
The existence of subliminal perception has been verified by laboratory
studies.

< He had very vivid, repetitive dreams. He would wake
thinking, "okay, I don't want to dream about that anymore. One dream was
about "different kinds of knots and lasted an entire night. >

The temporal process of metabolism leads in the human brain to a
special kind of phenomenon, which is thought, and the nature and texture
of this thought is affected and altered in relation to what specific
metabolic processes are occurring within the brain. Thus,

We are what we eat, We are what we drink ,We what we
breathe, We are what we think.

It is no longer tenable to regard these processes of
consciousness merely as an epiphenomenal reflection of the metabolic
processes occurring simultaneously within the brain. It has been found
that this process is a two-way exchange. Metabolism gives rise to
special kind of potentised energy states within an organism and these
energy states,in some degree, determine what kind of metabolic processes
will occur.

" Many children with autism have gastrointestinal (GI)
disturbances that can complicate clinical management and contribute to
behavioral problems. Understanding the molecular and microbial
underpinnings of these GI issues is of paramount importance for
elucidating pathogenesis, rendering diagnosis, and administering
informed treatment. "

All parents should thank and support Dr. Wakefield who has given his
best for their children on Mother Earth.
