Actually you can purchase them, but you can not manufacture them in USA.
The problem is finding someone not hassled by FDA for importing.
Homeopathyovernight used to import most things. You could for example buy Opium there as "Papaver". I see it it is no longer listed, and that's recent, so likely someone is getting ugly somewhere.
The FDA is too dimwitted to get that Opium and Cannabis as remedies are not going to cause drug dependence to the material substances.
SO you need to buy from an importer in USA, but not Boiron.
Boiron - when they took over Dolisos - chose NOT to import any remedies and only to make what is in the HPUS.
When they took over Dolisos some years ago (this century, I do not rmemeebr the year) Boion promised customers they'd carry the same range as Dolisos did, includin imported ones - Dolisos made the HPUS ones and imported the rest, and had the best supply in USA.
It all went to pot (sorry) when Boiron renegged on every agreement they advertised to their homeopath customers when Dolisos sold to them. Bunch of liars, Boiron.
They have manipulated the market to get a 100% monopoly in all the retail outlets, and to supply only a very limited range.
Your best bet is to import your own remedies - which is fine if it is not an emergency :-(
Good places are Simillimum in New Zealand and Remedia in Austria. Unda makes about anything and everyting but I do not know who sells them on line - someone in Italy maybe?
Ainsworhs in UK has a fair range.
