It is far better to see an amelioration on dosing the remedy, as proof of a good siillimum.

That is what I go for in cats.
The amelioration is mind-related and subtle in severe disese. For example in a cat, it may be going to the food bowl to eat or at least think about it after a period of total inappetance. Or it may be showing interest in surroundings where that was missing for a few weeks. All thse are helpful towards cure, and can be used as guiding symptoms to know when to re-dose remedy (when the ameloration wanes).

Aggravation in serious illness is a major setback, and not to be encouraged IMO. Usually in a very ill cat, that will range from a slump with no interest in life, to an aggravated fast shallow breathing with a fever. Neither is helpful towards cure, snd all are deterimental and slow down the progress of the case.

Namaste,
Irene
