Not necessarily.
I find that up to six doses of a mismatch remedy in a low or lowish potency (30C and below) will not usually graft or prove in any but very sensitive patients - so that this may explain how a combo that happens to contain a needed remedy and happens not to contain its antidote as well, initially can seem helpful, if used in very few doses.
